Did a floralicious, magical watering today. No nutes and lower temps hopefully make these foxtails fill in. Somehow my cool tube fan got turned to low. Either this or my trying to keep my leaves green with extra N caused it. I'm now a believer that keeping your leaves green through flower is not necessary. I also dropped my night time temps to right under 60 the past two nights. Trying to get these girls colored up! Also had to tie 7 places on my POGK because it's getting so damn top-heavy! She's gonna produce so much bud it's nuts!

Thanks man! The growth is good for my yield for sure, but those foxtails are going to make for a hard trim and will also cause the area where it's occurring to be a little airy from my understanding. I guess I'll have plenty of dense nug though since it only started happening after they were the size Cristal bottle lol

Yea I started with blue spectrum lights, but didn't know anything about purple helping. My root system is really healthy and thick, my stem is about as big around as a 1/2 dollar, and I ran fans to strengthen to the stems, but it's still having problems holding itself up! If I'm going to veg for 6 weeks again next time, I'm definitely going to need tomato cages!
 
Some hairs on the POG are turning orange. Hoping they finish up by 60 days... Doubting it though. I'm so over this first grow guys. I just want my jars stuffed full of yummies and to make some sweet hash. On a bright note, my weed man finally cured his bud right and hooked me up with a bag of Mango yesterday. Smells like a fresh cut pineapple, super sticky, and a energetic clear headed sativa feeling high. Bud density isn't great, but compared to the over dry stuff I got last time, I'm more than happy!
 
I kept thinking how much I liked this mango I got from my guy, and was thinking, "Damn, he finally got a batch perfect!" And I was wrong... But I am real happy I was! Once I found one seed, I just put it all in the grinder hunting for more. 5 mango x ? seeds started as of nowish =D If all seeds are fem, I'm going to assume it self pollinated and they are all 100% mango

Took a close look at my trichs today on the others. Chemdawg and WWxG13 are about 50% cloudy. The OG is about 10-20% cloudy. Looks like I'm getting close for the cd and ww

hahaha, give it a run and see - you'll never know unless you try.. and if you get stable / solid mango genetics - you will greatly enjoy how a superpower mango smell can make the area smell better than rocket fuel in your face with some of the other strains. I'm partial to the lemon and mango ones, so will definitely be keeping an eye on this as it progresses. :D

I'm gonna be getting a new set-up for the next run including 2 new digital 600's (tired of the hum the magnetic makes), 9x4 tent, real fans with real carbon filters, a small a.c., and a dehumidifier. Also going to be running Pineapple Punch and this mango in addition to the other 3. Going to be crossing the OG back with them chemdawg too. Thinkin I'm going to start a new thread since it's pretty much going to be a completely new grow
 
Yesterday I checked trichs and the POGK was at 70-80% cloudy 18-19%clear, 1-2%amber. All pistils were still white, but I noticed this little goofy yellow thing sticking out of my top cola... It was a dick. Tried pulling it off and it exploded (no pun intended ;)). Figured I would spray them down to wash off the dust and flush them, but the damn stem of the OG broke. Early harvest, but with mostly cloudy it still should be a great smoke. Going to give the other two 5-6 days to get a little more cloudy then taking them down as well.

POGK WET WEIGHTS:
Tops = 547.64g
Below top keeper = 110.22g
Largest nug = 91.88g
Fluff and trim = Didn't check
Looks like I'll hit my dry goal of over 5 zips!

Why didn't any of you tell me that harvest time FUCKING BLOWS!?!?!? Holy shit that sucked! I'm sure I'll get better with time, but it took me like 7 hours!

Went ahead and cut down the Chemdawg and WWxG13 just to make sure they didn't get pollinated and infected with seeds after finding that herm. Both of those plants yielded far more than I thought they would. The nugs are just so insanely dense it looked like nothing lol. Crushed my overall yield goal as well as long as they don't lose any more than 75% of their weight. Thanks for the help everyone!

POGK has been drying 6 days and has lost 67% of it's weight. Stems aren't snapping, but damn close so I went ahead and jarred the smaller nugs. Going to do the rest late tonight or in the morning. Can't wait to try it! It has twice as many noticeable trichs now that it has dried. Really pretty stuff and smells fucking fiiiiiiiire even without the cure. Can't wait for it to get so much better.

I only have .2 left that I got from my grower so I'm thinking I'm going to get my fingers in the jars tonight rather than get any more bags from him ;) I'll still grab clones from him so he hasn't lost all my business! As long as I make a 1/4 last when I buy small bags, he's not losing much and may actually be making more from me now anyway. Cool guy, but very loud about business and dries/cures like a complete dillard half the time so I'm better off making as few trips as possible to the hood lol
 
Just sampled the OG. Tastes so fucking fruity, but about 2 seconds after exhaling you get that fuely OG taste. It's super potent too. Took 2 bong rips and I'm gassed. Only one problem, while you're inhaling you get that fresh green taste. I'm guessing it's the chlorophyll and all that will balance out with curing.

Just remember to inspect all clones with 30x or better loupe or scope to ensure no mites / other issues that could be a damn disaster. Am not implying that he can't be trusted - just a good habit to get into when you have perpetual grow so you dont wipe out your whole crop set, or do mass damage due to a new addition is all.

Have any recommendations for a solid all around pest preventative that won't do too much damage to my plants? I'm not organic so anything that doesn't harm the babes is an option. I could do a search, but would rather use something recommends by someone I trust to steer me in the right direction.
