I don't know about that. I've been buying them cheap and fixing them up and renting them out. Nothing to write home about but so far with $12,000 I have added $1200 a month in income. I'm fixing to buy a couple more. A double wide and single wide.
I mean I get my investment back in a year then its profit.

I don't know. I I got the three setup this year. I've had a cash business for a number of years now.
This will be the first year claiming it. I haven't sat down and figured anything. It has been a fast year. I have all receipts and what not.
Now to see if I feel like doing or paying someone.
