Problem with Spider Farmer driver?

I have a problem with my SE1000W today, it won't turn on completely, the dimmer seems not to be working, only a little lights coming out.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

It’s more than likely that the driver has gone bad. Get the info off the driver and get a hold of Spider farmer, they can get you the correct replacement, is it still under warranty? If you can’t find the driver (it could be internal) you’ll definitely need to contact the manufacturer.

it's been more than a year, not sure if it still under warranty.
I just contacted them, what a mess..

OP: this could just aswell be a dodgy dimmer, i suggest trying the light with dimmer disconnected before blaming a faulty driver. If no joy then by all means warranty service, but if this is just a dimmer then dont send your light away for service, just replace the dimmer.

OP-Off topic but what's your thoughts on the se1000? (Other than of course the obvious of it currently not turning on )
