Thought I would throw this out there for everyone...
Ordered some TGA Gear from Bidzbay/Breedbay and sent in the payment back in May. Spoke with Doc Bob through email and basically he told me that the payment was never received. I continued to contact him/customer service there and really was just ignored. At this point I will say that I have been very satisfied in the past and even when there was a problem I was taken care of. However, this time I was not satisfied and not taken care of. I really was hoping for some sort of contact from customer service there but nothing. I have given up on the whole deal but thought I would pass on my experience. I recently left feedback on every transaction I made there...some good and some bad. Miz Jill in turn left comments stating that I never tried to contact Sub or her...WTF? Didn't know I had too. Then said something like why leave good and bad comments about Doc Bob - Well that is because I have good and bad comments about Doc Bob. Long story short (too late) Send in the payment for about $200...No beans, no real customer service, just left with a feeling...I think you know what kind of feeling...nagging pain, empty pocket book, kinda like I got screwed.
