Problem making clones. In 2 days they are damping off

Solo cups in a cardboard box, plenty of drainage holes poked in the bottom of the cups. Water the clones thoroughly until the box gets wet, water when the box starts drying out. I do this for a week, then they typically take off growing.

They have 9 days in the tupper.

I have lost too some cuts in peat by the fungus. I think that if the tupperware have some spores they can contaminated the cuts in peat too.

We´ll see it the next week
 
Why not try the peat on a tray in paper cups with a few slices cut in the bottom and a fan moving the air around. Can you show us a pic of your mother plant. Wash all your trays and Rubbermaid with bleach water to clean them and let them dry out properly.

Give it a go it won't hurt to try

I never try before with peat and paper pots.
I tried with coco and paper pots 6 months ago and I had near the 100% success
Its better peat than coco?



But this year the coco was contaminated
The mothers have very bad look, because they are from cuts, When they have roots I get out them to the outdoor (in summer) but they start to flowering. Few weeks ago they have started to vegetative once more, and I have started to cut some clones.
If put a fan (with 28ºC) maybe exahust them. right?

I find peat very forgiving for cloning and young plants

I sure if you close the lid on your box your plants will get sweaty that could be a big issue for mold and fungus

If you had your plants under 18,/6 and u put them out they will try to flower then reveg. But if you do 15hours of light on when they go out side they won't try to flower is my experience

I only want to try and help you. Don't beat your self up it's all a learning curve

Next time I wil try with peat and paper pots

At this moment I have 24 hours of light for the cuts.
If they root, Can put them at 18/6? or they can become to flower ?
 
I personally would suggest 18/6 for cuts you don't want to push them to hard as they have no roots yet. Give them air flow to breath and run the cycle of wet then dry

I also took cuttings of plants into flower and found these to be the ones that have developed mold the most. Still trying to see if I can get them to take. I have had luck in the Jiffy plugs which I think are peat. I tried coco, rockwool and pearlite with vermiculite. Same results with all, the high humidity caused mold in the flower cuttings and the others later. I also had them in separate containers. I have been misting the top of the tray now rather than misting the leaves. I just mist the plugs. Still waiting to see what they give but the coco has roots now.

I have seen this too:

The flowers dead very quickly and start to rot and mould appear.

I have too very lucky with jiffy plugs, 100% of success, but now I want to try with peat and paper pots or like this try, with homemade peat blocks.

Today I see the first rooted cut. Its the most little block. Maybe I'll have lucky

I'll break my method down for veg or flower cuts

Pot with peat
Cut what I want to take a clone of about 2-3 inches
Drip in rooting powder
Use a pencil to make a hole in the peat
Put clone in
Gently press peat around stem
And water every day but don't let them sit in water
Leave them till they grow new stuff
 
No dome, no lid out in the air in my tent with good air flow that way there is no sweaty air hanging around

you dont use dome never? You don`t use at the first and second day at least?
My problem its my enviroment its around 28ºC and low humidity. I think this its very hard condition for the cuts
 
Nope no dome just keep the peat moist and my temps are 26 to 30 lights on and lights off 18. I water once a day humidity could be 30 to 70% depending on the day.

My veg tent is in my flower room so it's interesting. I had to cover one side to stop light leaks
