I looked at my clones, and I am having a little mold problem. I bet that I could spray the mothers before I clone! I have not sprayed my plants with anything in over 2yrs, but this could be the exception! It does sound like it has 1001 uses!!!

Once my cuttings have been in the clone chamber for 5 days I hit them with the lacto every 3-4 days and I never get mold and the cuttings are dripping wet with lights on always. The heat mat cuts out at lights off to give them a break from the high humidity as well.

I spray everything with my LAB. Even in flower. LAB is the very same bacteria that assist in the final cure stages, so I don't worry about it. Less is more with LAB and foliars, but more is best with clones and soil applications.

possibly, I prefer my leafcompost to the ewc because of the consistency, but both are crucial, but for compost I don't need to match with any additional aeration, with vermicompost i'd match with aeration.

The hen recovered over night! She laid an egg and is roaming the yard with the others today!

I truley can't say for certain, but I've never had to deal with it indoors before. But I've always used it so I'm almost positive that it must work. FINGERS CROSSED. Lol

Completely agree.
EWC turns to a muddy mess. Leaf mold is the best. Very spongy!!
But I wouldn't dress with Bokashi ever. It has to be composted first, either in a farm or cooked in a soil mix. It's way to acidic to topdress.

I am starting to feel overwhelmed on information!!! Wife wants to start making our own chicken food. She found a local farmer's co-op and we can order organic grain in bulk once a month!

I have a $600 telescope and I really regret not buying a microscope instead! I would probably use it a lot more! I was getting into strain isolation before I quit cubensis. I am still interested in the strain isolation, but since I have started a worm bin ect, I have not been able to fruit my mycelium. I enjoy the science behind it more than the psilocybin, but I can be an odd character to some people! I also enjoyed building my mustangs more than driving them! I made a 375hp convertable, that is about to change soon...

For worm bins, most have had a 'Meh' experience with liquid Bokashi/EM-1. The stuff is just so damn acidic.

However, Bokashi BRAN works like a champ and I use it all the time. Think of it as bokashi in a dried form, but without the 3.2 pH of the liquid. I'll add my food (coffee grounds and/or comfrey), spread it out, sprinkle a handful of BB over it and done.

Just getting ready to make some as the 50# bag of wheat bran arrived. The feed&seed guy doesn't stock it (or perlite either), but will add either to his weekly order and call me when it comes in. $18 for 50# of wheat bran and $16 for 4cf bag of perlite. Now, I just need to get a fresh garbage can from HD to put it in. The one I had used is full of mix.

The smallest bottle of EM-1 is fine, because it makes more than a few gallons of AEM (Activated EM), and well under a gallon is more than enough for 50# of bran and doling it out a handful at the time ...........

You'll see as you use it.

I am interested in speeding up my worm bin, it seem like I never have enough of the stuff! Bokashi is over my head for now. I will keep reading and learning, but at this point, I am just going to F it up somehow! In my mind, I was going to use it in my scrap food bucket before I give it to the worms. Maybe, use it in the compost also???

Brother.....
Make the serum. Get your EM1, spray down some oatmeal or even sawdust. Even dried crushed leaves or cross shredded newspaper. Its the carrier for the inoculation of EM.
Dry it completely and bag it up for casual use.
The serum is step 1- and it's almost free.

IDK, could be. No experience with that particular 'blend'.

I went with the EM-1 for this because I have a bad habit of getting rice wash & stuff together and then totally forgetting about it, then remembering way later, usually by smell. LOL

Yeah, what GGJ described is all there is to it. Try it with your mix if you have anything for a carrier. Like mentioned, even newspaper will work.
