So what are you trying to say?

The point is this is Newbie Central and the information being given out is misleading at best, is this the type of information we want new growers learning?
New growers should probably know that plants show preflowers when a plant is sexually mature regardless of photoperiod. I posted facts, evidence, and even support from an exceptionally reputable grower who happens to be a moderator on this forum.

At this point I simply assume you're trolling.

I was even kind enough to search through my inbox to post a nice picture for you and I don't get a "thank you."

How disappointing.

wahhhh wahhhhh!!!! and im sticking by it....

.
Please.

This whole argument stemmed from this statement: which isn't true.

You can plead your persecution complex, and keep insulting us personally but it doesn't change the fact that you have no evidence to support this statement.

No not trolling at all.

I apologize and acknowledge the accuracy of your statements.

STRESS
Since Cannabis is very responsive to its environment, big changes in any of the growth factors (light, heat, food, water, etc.) can affect not only the growth of the plant but also potency and even sex. The whole thing is really a trade-off. If you want bigger, faster growing buds, then you should increase stress. However, too much stress will force Hermorphrodisim or even a male from a normally female plant.

my assumption is that sexing a plant that is not mature meaning early like in its third week of veg is a form of stress...and it might be so much stress that the above can occur...i've personally seen the difference from my gorws i've tried in the 3rd week and all went male tried in the 5th week and got sum girls...thas all im saying!!!!

Well thanks all. My plants are 3 weeks old almost and the reason I was trying to sex them is because I just don't want to waste time on potential males. I'm just trying to make sure. I'm not impatient. After they are sexed should I put them back inot veg or let them flower? I want to keep them very small and this is only going to be for personal use so I don't really need an oz. I have 3 plants at 3 weeks old. How much do you think the yield will be if I keep them in flowering after I sex them.
I truly apoloize for the thread hijack.
I would clone, and sex the clones. This will put less stress on the ladies and allow them to veg longer.

According to some your plants will show pre flowers in 3 more weeks and at best from cutting to pre flower with clones will take min 4 weeks. I'd clone. I'm would not flower and reveg. just my HO.

Sorry again for the hijack i hope you at least enjoyed it.
