Powdery mildew or some other nasty bug?

Can you please help identify this and how to eradicate???!

Does not look like PM to me. Never the less, Aug/Sep is PM time to raise its ugly head.
To help it would be best to know are you indoor/outdoor buckets or ground. I use Green Cure starting in mid summer and spray every 5/6 days.

Looks like PM, I'm battling a case of it now. Mine built up at the bottom of the leaves as yours is doing.

Test I read online, don't know it's surety - drop of Iso alcohol on the spot, if it's PM it stays and doesn't get washed away.

I've tried H2O2 with mixed results;

I'm doing a sulfur burn on one of my tents right now, the other tent tonight;

Dr Symes (I think) is recommended if you live in the US, no shipping to Canada;

I bought a UVC light from a company called CleanLight out of the NL. It claims to kill PM with a swipe of the light but I don't see any difference scoping before and after. Maybe PM doesn't fall apart when it's killed by UVC. Suppose to be good for killing spores.

Went to the hydro store and they gave me a free sample of Mammoth CannControl, but their website says to not use once flowers are set. I was going to use on all the plants in the tent, but some are autoflowers and they have already started to throw some pistils... but not really buds yet. Do you think it would still be safe to use on those?

The taste from a sulfur vaporization is suppose to stay with the bud through harvest, so if you're further into flower you have more bud coated with sulfur.

I'm in week 3 and the pistils are well formed, but no buds yet. I'm going to do a burn in my flower tent tonight.

Jeff sulfer works against powdery mildew by changing the ph of the leaf's surface to one that's inhospitable to PM.

Doing a "burn" (really a vaporization or boiling) coats every surface of your tent - including leaves, stems and buds if there's any - and eradicates the PM. You can do a burn every week as a prophylactic or just the once as your nuclear option.

From your hydro store buy a sulfur vaporizer and meltable sulfur. Unplug all of your electronics and remove your light from your tent or cover it in a plastic garbage bag - running a sulfur burn with your lights unprotected will probably void the warrantee.

Run your burn for 4 hour, give the tent two hours to settle, turn your carbon filter and fan off. While the burn went on I sterilized the outside of the tent with my CleanLight.

Wow - thanks. The surfer burn doesn’t leave a risidual taste? For now, I just pulled the two affected plants from the tent & sprayed them only. I will see what happens with them before I put them back in. They are both photos.

I haven't harvested sulfur treated plants yet but from what I've read the burn will leave a rotten egg taste on buds already forming, not buds that grow later.

OMG - sounds great! I have seen that some sprays state that they can be used in any stage, although they still leave a bad taste if used on buds (neem). Has anyone ever tried Dr Zymes Eliminator?
