POST YOUR FLUENCE THREAD

Not really just refined it a bit more. The older ones were heavy and bulky in my opinion. Trimmed the fat compared to the older models
It would be good light to do a stacked grow with the plants can probably get within 2-3 inches of the lights

Not too sure how close you can go but I know it’s close. I love the idea of uniform lighting throughout a 4x4.
The site says 500 ppfd at 6" I personally put clones under 500 ppfd so I would never let that light get further than 6"

Got a couple Ray 44 bars and did some diy to make it work in a 2x4 tent for some veg action. what I didn’t like with the Ray bars for my application was the fact each bar would hang on its own and I wanted them to stay together. What is really nice is the extruded aluminum heat sink that fluence used has a nice slot perfect for t nuts so making everything was fairly easy. Some Cutting, drilling, and tapping and a hour later got a clean looking dimmable high efficiency light. What is nice is it’s all reversible as nothing was modified to the bar itself.
