I'm thinking this might be slightly burnt with high heat issues because of the hottest July on record?
I just like to confirm it with some one more knowledgeable!

Should I try to keep it going it's half the size of my other plant? I'm thinking start some new ones it's better to lose 3 weeks on this one than lose 3 months?

Dude that doesn't look like nute burn at all, I would say a tad of heat stress but don't see any signs of nute burn

yep. no burnt tips or anything. seems to me people just go around throwing nute burn on every plant problem.

Plant look pretty good I wouldn't trash it, it's probably just a genetic difference in that one plant. If it were nute burn your tips would be yellowing and curling under. Grow it out it may have a totaly different smoke and taste due to the genetics than the others. All it is is slight heat stress, very slight.

I'm not going to agree that the plant looks good. Mega heat stress, and the excesive foliage says to much N. Just my two cents.
