Possible deficiency mid flower!!

Need some advice guys!

Lights: 3 600w hps + 1 1000w hps dimlux
Pot: 40 litre smart pots
Medium: tropic bat mix
Nutrient: (tap water nutrient solution) feed every other day when top 2 inch dry (canna terra Flores, canna boost, Buddha tree pk 9/18, shogun calmag)
EC: 1.7 (haves slowly built up to this)
Ph of nutrient: 6.5-6.7
Ph of soil: using soil probe reading 6.5
Strain: Cali genetics platinum SFV / puffogelat
Stage: week 5 of 8 week Flower cycle
The last 4-5 days I have notice signs of potential ca deficiency so I have made sure to up the calmag to just over half the recommend dose but EC still no higher than 1.7.
Question is how bad is this going to effect the end product (quality and yield) and how is it possible to correct at this stage? I know the plants start dying toward the end but it doesn’t usually happen this early on. Any help would be well received!!

Looks like a bit of tip burn to me. Otherwise those look pretty damn good.
Have you checked the ec of your runoff? It could be building up in there

I been pretty carefull with the EC so I wouldn’t have thought it would be overfed! I’ve been checking the run off and if I test quick as soon as it runs off it’s within 0.5 range but if i check half hour later it throws off big +2.0 or something

You didnt say what your medium is. Most in soil, if that is what you are growing in, stagger a watering or two between feedings to prevent buildup of nutes in the soil. Even when feeding at half the recommended dosage
If you are using coco disregard my advice

I mentioned in my initial post but the medium is tropic bat mix - which is a coco/Peat blend 40/60 with added bat guano

I always staggered watering and feeds when i was growing that way. That batmix looks like its pretty high p which isnt helping you any. So yes, a watering or two between feeds should clear things up for you.... Very frosty girls you have there :peace:

Allright sound for the advice mate - I think I’m gonna go back to coco after this run as I seem to have ran into a few more issues! The genetics and environment have been the saving grace for me here I think! Hopefully on the next run I can go the way through problem free
