Police And Trash

I got a friend who grows 2 plants at a time but he got a tip off from the trash guy that the police are going threw his apartment buildings trash. Its a house converted to 3 apartments and the guy below him deals/used to. They have no idea on who there interested in? Hes sure hes thrown away nothing interesting but hes sure his gf as dumped the ashtrey containing stems n seeds in the trash should he be worryed would u still grow? not a very friendly mj state

I wouldn't worry about it, at the utmost worst he could be charged with paraphernalia and just be fined but even that is far fetched.

they're looking for receipts of fertilizer, nutes, pipes, etc.

they're looking for the empty jugs of fert, empty bags of fox farm shit, trimmings, baggies, root balls, ash, roaches, broken pieces of paraphernalia or any other thing that could get them probable cause or a search warrant.

it's important to remember that trash is considered private property until it's taken out to be picked up. keep the trash bins farther inside the property until trash day...

Yep, if they are looking through your trash its because they have someone on record saying they got their weed from that house. As soon as they find a seed, a stem, a piece of coat hanger with resin on it, they will get a warrant and toss your house. Anything they find they will attempt to charge you with as many crimes as possible. Say NOTHING!
