Poisoned by neem oil?

Can you tell me what dose of spinosad should i use, per litre of water.
I can not find a dose graph for cannabis, only for apples tree and etc.
Captian Jack's doesn't list it by produce. It list it by pests.

What brand? Different brands may be different strength.

If I remember right, it was a tablespoon per gallon. So about a teaspoon per liter should do it. I spray twice about five days apart and add some to a couple waterings for systemic use. Systemic doesn't last long either.

It's fairly safe stuff. I found reports of a woman drinking a whole bottle and it never hurt her. It's a bacteria that is harmless to humans. I use it in my vegetable garden. Just have to be careful what time of day you spray. It's toxic to bees for 30 min after spraying.

Neem oil is used by our people for years in our food

I use it for many years in my own curries and stews (slow cooking type)

like the millions of Indians who also use it

I suggest you are being prompted by a local insecticide manufacture to post false claims

afterall why should you care

above all

Why lock out your profile

done and DEAD!

Side Effects
Research reveals little or no adverse reactions in adults with the use of neem at normal doses.

You’re Central Asian? I figured you were Scandinavian. Then again, Scandinavian dialects still bear phonic resemblance to Sanskrit.

the only thing i don't like about spinoisad is something i don't like about most pesticides....they've not done many, if any, studies on how it effects people when it's in a crop that's meant to be smoked....it has a short half life, not much problem with eating it, but what happens when the residue is ignited and inhaled?...same with nearly every pesticide out there....makes me paranoid about spraying anything even close to flip....i really doubt spinosad turns into anything too nasty when burnt, but who knows?

s far as neem oil goes.....i hate it, but it is effective. i find the odor revolting, and it gives me hives, big lumpy itchy hives....
i realize it doesn't do that to most people, but it fucks me up, and makes me want to vomit while it's doing it.
it does get rid of most pests when used as directed, but as far as i'm concerned, i'd just as soon throw that plant in the trash. the smell fades, but never goes away, and any time i touch that plant, i'm going to itch for hours.....if it doesn't bother you, go for it........

My brand of spinosad is called "Sineis" and it does not list the spider mite in the pest categories. Maybe a spelling error ? btw this is the only product containing spinosad in my country.

Be sure to mix a fresh batch every time because spinosad starts losing effectiveness after 24 hrs.

Maybe, maybe you'll end up with lung infection or cancer in a few yrs and they won't ever be able to pinpoint where it came from. Its funny when you are a kid, not so much later on with dr visits, inhalers, etc, just to get over a lung infection brought on by moldy weed, just sayin. Flipside.

Also, this is the spinosad I use, works pretty good. not sure if you can get it from Amazon, many places have it, but not sure where you at.

i like to use pyrethrins along with spinosad. spinosad three times in a row, then throw in a spraying of pyrethrins to get any that are developing a resistance to the spinosad, which can happen if not used properly. i think that both spinosad and pyrethrins are among the safest of pesticides to use, but i want to use as little of each as possible, as early as possible.

Bonide makes a good product, thats what I switched to from neem and alternate with spinosad for a couple weeks. I do it exactly as you and since, have not had any problems, mine came from a clone from another garden, the bane of spreading the dreaded mites.

i use spinosad and neem oil so i'm not trying to start an argument

but i have never seen one piece of evidence that says one is safer than the other when burned and inhaled
neither have i, which was kind of my point. i've done searches using multiple engines for "effects of "pesticide name here" when inhaled in tobacco or cannabis smoke"....not one fucking result, from any engine....well, tons of results, not one relevant one....all about the effects of pesticides, but not one hit for the "inhaled in" part
by the way, Danny whiz bang says hi

no, but they do mention edibles and thats gotta be close. I think the problem is nobody has done any studies other than the one I posted from Oregon State University. They rely on that Indian for food centuries data for neem. They claim cannabis can fly under the radar of the FDA, which is why its not tested for smoking, etc. Just for edibles or ornamentals, whichever applies.

a lot of chemical changes occur during combustion, and things that were inert become very active.....i'd really like to see specific tests conducted about smoking, including spinosad, neem, pyrethrins.....and about anything else that keeps popping up in the tests.

https://www.planetnatural.com/marijuana-pesticides/

myclobutanil is fairly inert, until you heat it, to less than the temperature smoking produces. then it releases hydrogen cyanide.....
who knows what these other things release? ....i don't know.....i can't find anyone who does......and that worries me a little

I'm new to organics and was considering adding some neem seed meal to my brew. So are we saying I should hold off? Could also be the water the plant was watered with.

yea, the problem is no testing, and then if you do test, its the end result. And some of those do show pesticids, I've seen a few of those carts for sale on IG get tested by somebody, along with flower tests also, and many show pesticides among other things, some are clean. The no testing and stoner bro science on the subject is what worries me a lil, lol. Cause if you dont' grow your own and you don't get from a club, and even then, you really aren't sure what's on the budz.

honestly, no, only if it bothers you. seems like its ok for most people. try a small amount, rub it on the inside of you forearm, see if you feel any irritation at all, see if the smell bothers you...if it doesn't, i wouldn't worry about it

Neem makes my skin itch but so does insecticidal soap.

So I came across this article today and found it very interesting. Something about the plant safe testing and research done on neem oil is generally not done with cannabis and it actually absorbs it unlike most other plants.
I've been smoking dispensary bud for a couple years now and I've been experiencing all of these symptoms for a majority of that time. I typically smoke 3-4oz a month. Not smoking is not an option. My first crop should be done in about a month.

I've been to the doctor multiple times, bunch of negative tests and meds that barely help and even had upper and lower gi scopes done and biopsys taken and I tested negative for all the usual stomach issues. ie they cant figure out what's wrong with me.
I've seen stuff about CHS before but thought it was BS and my docs know I smoke a lot and never brought it up.

For the last few months I've been getting everything from the same place so I emailed them and asked if they use neem oil. If they do, I will be taking this info to my docs asap.

I've considered it was the bud I was smoking making me sick before, but I got off a bunch of other stuff by smoking and cant stop now so didnt know what else to do.

Man this makes me wonder about the similar stomach issues I’ve battled for 15 years. I gave up on a solution long ago and have mostly just adjusted my eating and other things to minimize the suffering. Thank you for posting this!!!
