Im having issue after issue with both my flowering and veggin plants. Ive already lost some great genetics, i need some help.

Basic info
Im growing in mass whole potting soil by first amendments soil
http://firstamendmentsoil.com/products.html

And Im using a apec RO system that has a calcite mineral replenishing filter at the end.

my concern... 6th Stage: Calcite Acidic Water Neutralizer 10" - adds calcium carbonate to increase water alkalinity

this stage is great for your body and drinking but it puts the ph of my water up to 10ph. I Believe the calcium carbonate is beneficial to the plants and all but Im not sure what to do with the ph of my water. I played with some different soils and had bad gnats, tried everything and I used a ton of DE which messed up my soil completely and i had tons of lock out. Moving forward I am using this masswhole potting soil which locals rave about. I had super slow growing healthly plants, then I started adjusting my water ph to around 7 or so and things seems ok for a week or two. I had one day where my ph pen spazzed and I gave em water prob around 5.5-6 ph, but corrected and flushed the next day bc I saw some burn. Thankfully it was only a small group of plants. Now my other group which has been healthy n nice for 2 weeks is suddenly showing some ph burn it looks like and one of my flowering looks to have ph issues on lower leaves.

ive never had issues growing in good soil before ( i usually amend it myself but cannot do that currently) and im a bit frustrated. So a few questions

should I be adjusting this water?

should I be adding super thrive or anything or does that calcite stone do the job ?

Any other possibilities?

I do see a definite phosphorous deficiency in both the flower and veg but only some veg.

I am suspecting possible Tobacco Mosaic virus or broad mites starting out. My friend may have broad mites so im keeping it a thought.

These pics are from few days ago of vegging plants, the first few few I water with acidic water, my pen was messed up for a day ( i was also very stoned). they have gotten greener, these were last week. I also got rid of the quantum kush plants bc they looked like TMV and it passed down to seeds, but could have been a genetic defect.

This is my flowering Leeroy og, just started wilting bad and going pale over the last 2 weeks, wet or dry she wilts, also pale in newer and middle growth, was getting straigh 10ph RO+ water. and then started pHing it to 7ish. Just few tonight with ff big bloom and some cal mag.

Im thinking the phosphorous deficiency is from PH or lock out from magnessium deficiency ? or am i missing minerals needed in the RO+ water

hiya, after looking at the pics i can see a few things going on. number one is it looks like the gnats have larvae in the soil which will be eating away at the roots, there are a few biological controls ie good bacteria which can correct that. make sure you get the one specific for fungus gnats, there is something that will stop the rot in its tracks its call fongarid.

Not sure where your at in the world but look for the equivalent. then add the good bacteria back in there. they are raping your plant and nutrients. get some gnatmix also, recycled glass so the gnats cant lay eggs in the soil. your yellow traps are catching a lot but i guarantee there is a lot more flying around.
definitely ph your water to 6.3 to 6.5, make sure your instruments are working properly. also make sure your water temp is right, to warm will grow the root rot more and too cold will lock out nutes. i use spring water so dont have problems with the calcium input you have after the ro filter, cant help you there sorry.
also looking at the plant in flower, was that taken close to lights out or on? the leaves really shouldn't look that droopy otherwise. it looks like your watering to heavy or you may have drainage issues. are your plants in pot socks or is it straight soil all the way? and how often do you water? i think if its straight soil without good drainage back off a little to possibly every second or third day until the recover. also only water so you get about 10% run off. most importantly get on top of that gnat problem, they will ruin the plants. good luck.
