Yeah the pot doesnt seem to be dry at all. I would wait I little bit more, the plant is still developing.

Im not sure about your nute burn, your plant shuldnt be burning at 30ppm.

Im starting to belive this was caused because of the soil. I buyed sunshine mix in a local store but dont have a clue how they treat it and store it.

What does your feeding schedule look like? Are you feeding nutrients everyday?
first water on week 1 I started with 50ppm of grow and protekt (50ppm runoff)
the water on the beggining of week 2 I notice the runoff increase to 120ppm and I water with 70ppm grow and protekt until the runoff comes 70ppm

On the day 15 I notice some nute burn on her and was a watering day so I Water with a 25ppm solution of Grow and Pro tekt until the runoff comes 30ppm.

3 days after I flushed with 20ppm water

Are you only watering once a week?

I would be feeding twice a week with two flushes somewhere in there for veg. When you get to flower, feed two/three times a week with more flushes in between as the pot dries out. I'm not quite sure what you mean by a 25ppm solution of nutrients. That isn't very much at all, like next to no nutrients. In the future if you notice a burn, back off by flushing with plain water for a few days. Once it shows sign of bouncing back, start with a lighter dose of nutrients. How much calmag are you feeding it?

I mean i used RO water 0ppm with 20 ppm of dynagrow and protekt. I believe this should not cause nute burn. Im dont know what caused my plant to look like that.

if you are giving your plants 20ppm of dyna grow and proteckt a week, chances are it's not a burn but a major deficiency. Correct me if i'm wrong but aren't you suppose to feed dynagrow around 20ml per gallon, or around there? This would be much higher than 20ppm. The dyna grow website suggests roughly 2.5ml per gallon, per feeding. I would go by this and feed more than once a week.

You want to know what's wrong ey?

Put it this way, your soil doesn't just look wet, it looks heavily saturated like a baby's morning nappy / diaper. If you take you plant out and tip it at an angle for 5 minutes, do drops of water start leaking out the base of the pot.

Even if you do have cal mag problems, don't add anymore, just let it dry out so it can uptake the nutes. You can lockout nutes from overwatering. Adding nutes now will just make your soil toxic. I agree with the dude above, let the thing dry until it wilts. The root system will have a good search then. I take my plants to the wilting borderline every feed. Have for years!

50w cfl, add some more light man! The fact the surface looks like it hasn't dried in 2 days indicates to me that you are growing in cold temps too, maybe have zero airflow?

how close is your light could you lower it a little and do you have a fan blowing on the plant to help it get stronger and also helps dry soil out I would not start over you need to fine the problem correct it and keep going or you will learn nothing good luck
