This is my first grow and would like as much feed back as possible, from the looks of my plant! She's only 5" 5 weeks old

I don;t think you are going to get a very spectacular yield out of that but good job you did not kill it at least.

No this is a normal plant from seed

Is it an autoflower strain? How many hours of light a day does it get?

There's your problem - that's why it's flowering so early.

It needs about 18+ hours of light to let it veg (mature) a bit first and then 12/12 once your ready to flower.

Fuck man 5 weeks? mine is 6-7 weeks smallest one is about 5-6-7 times bigger then that... what type of light are you using sunlight?

I believe you can flower anytime you give the plant 12hours of interupted dark, that may explain why its so small but like stated earlier should be a good blunt or joint not very hot on a good yeild worth growing.......... i would just buy a sack then wait months for a hit
