Doesnt seem normal to me... how could it be so small?

Did it not get enough sunlight maybe?

I smuggled seeds from home....mendocino county....707 ...emerald triangle...gots the bomb diggity

It is sitting in the direct sunlight all day off the ground!!should i cut leaves that are putting shade on the lil buddz??

No I wouldnt cut anything the sunlight is so powerful no need for that, just let it be mang.
