Plants Stretch!

sup growers, my plants popped the other day and they suffered a pretty bad stretch i lowered the light alot but do you think i should fill the rest off the cup up with dirt to help out?

i have them under 24 hr light im vegging them befoore i put them outside for summer but i will eventually shorten light time before i put them outside

Are they staying in the cups until they go outdoors? If so, yeah, I'd add some soil up to the top of the cups.

Normally if my seedlings stretch like that I just bury the stems when I pot up.

Moving the light closer should help prevent them from stretching much more for now.
