Well with out info im gunna say it looks like slight thrips problem or its just the plant with alittle odd spots, either way its not bad its only on the one leaf so you should be right, if ya worried about thrips get some kind of spay and give it a hit,

looks like a little bit of water splashed and dried on the leaf. Looks fine to me. Let her grow and see what happens.

The spot has been "growing"and 1 other leaf is infected now

Could it be mold or fungus? and what spray would you recommend?
