plant flowering too early

I have a 2 and half week old plant, and as you can see in the picture it is growing buds, it is roughly 4 inches tall maybe less, it has leaves nd all. But in my opinion I think it is too small to be growing buds, and it is too young to be growing buds, can sombody explain to me what's going on with my plant

thats weird ive never seen that, probley didnt get enough light thou or the gentics are just messed up.

That plant is a lot older that than 2.5 weeks is it a clone?
