flowering too early

my plant is still in veg, 24hr light using 1000 watt led and it’s already flowering. I’m growing feminized cheese. I don’t think this is pre flower from the amount of hairs that are growing. I’m using ph perfect 3 part nutrients. How do I reverse this? p.s. sorry if the pictures look weird I...

I have a 2 and half week old plant, and as you can see in the picture it is growing buds, it is roughly 4 inches tall maybe less, it has leaves nd all. But in my opinion I think it is too small to be growing buds, and it is too young to be growing buds, can sombody explain to me what's going on...
