Really? First off, it's not my drawing, second what's wrong with using some white out? ffs man. you sound like my girl friend when she is PMSing.
Sorry Renfro, I was talking to the original guy that is looking for "advice". It's pretty obvious this dude has no intention of ever doing anything he says he is here.

Obviously you know nothing about me and you have nothing better to do than troll this forum. Please feel free to take a hike.

Some good crop pics on this post

My whole goal was to maximize production on a limited number of plants by growing them big. Most of the veg happens in the veg room. Ran two flowering rooms on a flip to save amps as I only have a 150 amp main for the whole house and the grow pulls around 90 on both legs when the veg room is running with one flowering room.

I have seen many posts like this one and one of them is now running a massive commercial operation in Las Vegas. He got the rash of shit too but he was for real, and he paid up for my consultation. So you never know...

If i were doing tbat big of a commercial op, I would highly consider something to help mitigate disease woes. I know @renfrolikes the AirRos systems. Be a massive hit to lose a crop that big at once.

I’ve listened to the useable advice and built out a test grow room. I was only able to come up with two viable bag seeds and have already overwatered one. lol. I’m serious as a heart attack about making this happen. I should have 3 more strains here soon. I’m planning to wait and flip them all at the same time. I’m still waiting on my blower put it’s been cold here so hopefully I get it installed before I start having heat issues. I went 4x8x8 with the anticipation of moving from the 350mh to the 1k’s for flower. But I’m trolling I guess. lol

Sorry, you're right. That totally looks like the inside of a shed that you are willing to just let the water "run out the open door", while surrounded by your 1 square mile of land that you personally own. GOOD LUCK BUDDY.

Just a friendly piece of advice, please eliminate any and all light leaks. Stray light will during their sleep cycle could interrupt their sleep cycle inhibiting their grow and or cause the plant to intersex. You also want to keep it tight for environmental/insect control.

Also, you should grab some quality genetics under $30 from seedsherenow. The Cream from Irie Genetics is outstanding genetics and available for under $30. Rasta Jeff, the breeder at IG, has a podcast called “grow from your heart“ and he has a strain review of “The Cream” where he goes deep on everything about it, you would learn a lot!!

Hope this helps, good luck!

Awesome thanks. I have some seeds coming from growers choice. They may be here by the weekend! The redneck test grow house I made is in a shop with no windows but I’ll definitely seal it up better to avoid any unnecessary problems.

That‘s great that you have some known genetics coming and I get that this will be within a building with no windows but you will definitely want that masterpiece sealed. ;)

Once you seal it, go sit inside of it and see if You can see any stray lights within your grow area. Check for any singular leds from gear emitting light or any other light source that may make its way in... I’m currently putting together plans to build a 60x40 steel/sip panel building with four smaller room as a part of a multi-use entertainment/workspace. (1- Veg/auto/mother room (2- flower rooms and a (1-trim room with a large drying chamber. All separately climate controlled, insulated, light/odor sealed spaces. There will also be an open workspace for the soil prep, transplanting, general horticultural uses, etc. So I will be taking my own advice Smacker!

I‘ve learned a lot from friends that have very successful, large scale organic cannabis farms in Oklahoma... My deal will be a much, much smaller but very robust/efficient model of what they have been doing for the past couple of years since legalization.

Good luck! :weed:

Nothing wrong with shooting for the stars man but to be honest like most people have said you need to start small and figure out what your doing. I dont think you understand how much work is involved in a setup the size your talking. In the setup phase and then the work of taking care of hundreds of plants. Pulling used lights out of a dumpster is just asking for trouble. When i first started out and didnt know what i was doing i bought used equipment to save money. One of the blowers seized up in the middle of the night and filled the house full of smoke. If i hadn't have woken up it would have burned the house down. Your talking about $40k budget like its nothing but your pulling lights out of a dumpster?? If this is actually a serious post then hire a consultant to design and setup a room. Also bagseed? Like hard to take this seriously

The reason for the bag seed is, I hastily decided to go through a test run. It’s all that I had when I initiated the grow. I don’t have a problem putting 40k in a building I already own but I cannot justify adding 15-30k for lights when I literally am swapping out functioning commercial floods for led floods every day. I’m sure that’s insane and by the time I get licensed I may have changed my mind. However, I don’t want to get into my operating budget. Let’s face it, it’s a grand plan with a high probability of initial failure. I don’t want to loose a crop or two and struggle to keep the lights on for the first year. After struggling with our retail store after Hurricane Katrina, I’m not going back into business without enough operating capital to survive my lack of experience. lol. Thanks for your input.

Gavita 1000w DE slim is $300. Grab 16 of them for $5k. Recycling lights is a bad idea. High rate or failure, subpar bulky reflectors and non horticulture bulbs. Bag seed is quite a waste of time too, just order some real genetics. Growing quality cannabis is like being a chef, start with bad ingredients and you have a recipe for disaster.

Bag seed is a waste of electricity, bag seed usually makes for bananas. Hermies will ruin your day, seeded room. Better to go with tried and true genetics for a first run, this way you are left with pests, mildew / mold as the big issues to make sure they don't take down your grow.

There was a commercial grow I consulted for out here in Colorado. They had a big box of bag seeds the owner had collected for years. I warned them about growing from bag seed but they didn't listen. They had a whole room full of plants from bag seeds, at least 50% of them threw bananas, pollen everywhere. Ruined that run.
