*pics inside* WHich light should I use for 2 unrooted clones and 2 seedlings?

It's been 10 yrs since my last grow so most my little knowledge I had is long gone.

Which should I use for this early stage I'm in? Normally I would think HPS but I'm worried about it being too strong or too hot for this plants seeing how they are so young.

My 2 small fluorescents with "grow bulbs" in them, or my 1000w HBS with Hortilux enhanced spectrum bulb?

Just use the fluorescent. It helps prevent stretch in seedlings.

The 1000 watter would be a lot unless it was hung like 5 feet above the seedlings. So unless you have larger plants already under the 1000 watter just use the florescent light like @hotrodharley said, for now anyways...

Resist the temptation to water too often with your seedlings, you want the media to dry out between waterings. Use the weight of the pot to determine when it's time.
