Picking A Newbie LED

2x Mars hydro sp6500 will do great in there. I have the light in a 3x5 tent.. tho it’s a single bar light.. it covers it all.. I could go 4x5 and still get good results. I got nugs 32” away from the light getting so heavy the branches are needing supports.

I’m recommend this light mainly because of the A-Frame tent. This light can be raised higher than the usual lighting for that space.

You see, it covers 2x2 in flower maybe :) you will need over 1k watts to cover that size. 2x 1000w hps or around 6x240watt LEDS. I bought 2x 240watt leds a couple of weeks ago, around 340euro delivered from china. Kingbrite is a reliable supplier on Aliexpress
Thought he was trying to fill upa 4x4 spending under $300. Should have read closer lol

You may be better off with the Long versions of that light, the TSL2000.

If you already got the TSW though no biggie it will work.

Right on.
I went with the TSW's as ill have a little over a foot of one end of the tent being taken up by heater, humidifier etc. so I wanted to be able to utilize as much front to back space as possible so the square spread seemed to make more sense over the rectangle..

Did you grab 2 or three of them? Three of those tsw would crush it in there.

2 but I could be talked into springing for a 3rd.. haha
So you will have a livable space for the plants with 2 lights. You will run into some issues covering the whole area though and may have to just do a few less plants.

If you would like to fill that whole space and use it to a decent potential, I would spring for a 3rd light that will really help cover the area and you will likely be able to use the whole tent.

Mixjoy gl4000a on amazon for $269/each. 2 of those would do great in that space. They also have the gl4000d for $359 , the d version has a dimmer . I went with the dimmer option, over time the hours you have the light dimmed will re-coop the higher up front cost by lowering your electric bills. You don't need to run these at 100% for most if not all veg and some of flower. They are definitely bright , comparable to my spider farmer for half the cost but also half the lifespan.

blah I'm late should have read page 2 before posting lol happy growing
