is there a breeder or strain that has something that only gives 1 pheno? getting annoying doing this phenohunt crap then figuring out what the market wants.
If you buy tomato seeds they always grow red tomatos that taste like tomatoes.... am i asking for to much here?

Few breeders will work a strain. Most are poly x poly. You won't find stability.

But remember this too, there isn't hundreds of tomato breeders breeding thousands of different strains. I have found true that if you plant a pot seed, your highly likely to get a pot plant.

Check out sannies jack. Not my favorite but minimal differences if any at all. Most are like clones. Pretty amazing.

You got.to stay away from all the polyhybrids from hell, cough, sub cool, cough, cough..

Go with a strain that's at least an f4 or higher, but good look with that..
Or go.with some classic strains that have been worked for years and are known to be pretty stable ..
C99
Northern lights #5
Ak47
Or maybe something like a land race Afghani should be pretty stable as well..
Bubba kush ime seems to be rather stable as well..
Skunk#1
Sannies jack is like an f7 now and should be super stable ..
Deep chunk ..
I'll try and think of a few more..

Actually I'd think all strains from serious could be considered very stable as they don't make many strains and really seem to put in the work to make them right..
Some of.them aren't flavors of the month, that's for sure! But it seems a lot of fotm aren't very stable, to say the least ..

serious has some weird deal going with the devil... their seeds are perfect clones... but i think they had to pay by giving up quality or something... lol i only ran 4 but they were fucking identical. every last one threw nanners hard at week 7 took. still harvestable decent meds but not top shelf by any means..

they were really so close i bagged them all up together too.. i never ever do that even if they are close usually but these were fucking impossible to tell apart!

i just ran a whole pack of kryptonite by pyramid seeds and they were near clone too. 80% identical terp profiles with a slight difference in the high notes. all had the same brown coffee body with vary little variation. I'm sure some would consider these to be bomb too but not me. they fell way short for my patients.

i used to run clone only. Id just buy them so somebody else did the dirty work. Then I got sick of bugs and disease and started with seeds. I popped 1 seed. it was fem. cloned it for 4 more mothers and ran it for a few runs. Its not great. Ice Bomb.

Popped 8 RD seeds. 4 each of scotts and nightmare og. Looks like 8 completely different strains in there. so assuming most are fem I still have to bud out all of them and try to figure out which one is "best" and start my mothers. pitfa.

I dont know why I didnt think of running oldschool strains like NL or WW. duh... What breeder has been best for those old reliables in your experience?

Once again Racer steals my thoughts just a few posts before I jump on....

Fan boys n gals of TGA will tell you (he's convinced them) that multiple pheno's is a good thing, it allows you the grower to choose what you like (heard that straight outta subs mouth). Laziness I say!!

Anything taken past F4 would be a good candidate (Dynamite by Next Gen is a good one) there are a few C99 F4 crosses also but pay attention different breeders worked different phenos.

Serious Seeds Bubblegum is hailed as "their only worked strain" and I'll attest to that, I had slight variation in height and flower time but all had similar structure and all had bubblegum smell, though 1 was more of a Colgate toothpaste / Bubblegum

if you want quality you have to work at it. if you want commercial hemp buy feminised seeds.

if you want elite genetics get friendly with a good grower and get them to give you access to what they have, let them do the hard work so to speak.
