What affects the pH in the plant?
Like I have a planter that is for a Fern, it's fairly large, but i have potting soil in it, and i use bottled water to water the plants and let rain do it's work as well. I water it when the soil is dry and i know it's not going to rain anytime soon so it wont overwater it and kill it.
They are doing great for the time but there are little tiny white kinda yellowish speckles on the leaves, not like a million but like small small tiny tiny specks.
Is that normal? What do i use to make the pH balance to 6.5 ?
and what is the cheapest but most efficient tool to use to check the soils pH levels?
