so LST is the abbreviation , I searched "tie down" but nothing came. Thanks , I'll search it.look up LST, hate to give someone the "look it up" but there a ton of really good already written articles out there that can explain much better than i can
low stress training...its taking a branch or top, and tying it back to the pot/with string...but just a little bit at a time, each day or two, and it will bend, just don't want to over bend and snap it, that would be bad! would put way to much stress at this point of flowering, for your plant.so LST is the abbreviation , I searched "tie down" but nothing came. no do not try a 90*!.... it has not been trained for that, low stress is slowly over time, your plant is in flower so stems are tough and can snap very easily if not careful, but it will bend over but just not quite that far though...only a little to get the clearance you need for height. I wouldn't worry about it for this one, maybe next one you can experiment.made a visit to the plant. She is fine, no new issues. The top inch of the soil was dry so as planed I've watered it with 3 liters of still water as usual and added 3 small cups of Miracle Grow. Regarding the LST I will try to think today a method of doing this. The tip looks stiff...and to bend it at 90...just from a small portion...I don't know, the plant is more then 1 m high ( btw I will measure it today to know exactly how tall is it) Now after seeing how tall tends to grow I am thinking that it might be a sativa after all (?)
none? lol you still have height...it is to far into flowering to lst and train her she is almost done stretching. only if you run out of height for lights will you need to do this, and if she stops growing up in height then you are ok.my question would be...the grip that I will make on the top...where should I make it, how many cm should I grip? from where? I mean...how many cm should I try to bend?
yea, I am not to keen to do the bending, from what I've seen on the forum the bending is don pre-flowering. I'll just monitor the high and hopefully it will be ok. I have only about 5 cm max left to lift the main Y lights and between the lights and the leaves I have about...10 cm maybe lessnone? lol you still have height...it is to far into flowering to lst and train her she is almost done stretching. only if you run out of height for lights will you need to do this, and if she stops growing up in height then you are ok.
that is perfect ph for soilmeasured the pH today. I don't have the most professional tools to do that, but I guess I'm ok. I have this View attachment 1977158 and I have a liquid bottle as well. With this plant it was always the same and didn't have any problems...the value is in between ...6.5 and 7. From what I've seen, it's a bit to high (?) should I correct it somehow ? or if it doesn't show any symptoms just to leave it as it is?
she's big about a meter now....wowday 65 with 16 on flowering , regarding measurement , she has about 94 cm from the soil and about 120 from the ground (with the pot)
I am not thinking of growing another one here. Due to my field of work I am moving a lot so if I am starting another one now, I will not be able to move it with me. So I will finish this and when I'll relocate I'll just order some great beautiful seeds from http://www.cannabis-seeds-bank.co.uk/ and start all over again but with more plants.she's big about a meter now....wow
so do you have another seed to start.... or have you thought of taking a couple cuttings/clones from her?
^^^^ what he saidthat is perfect ph for soil
hahaha i won't forget this one!and the funny thing is, after giving it the calcichew pill , no more spots on the leaves ) that's a story to tell by the fire , treating the plant with osteoporosis pills
