it should be fine once you get that pH in order. what are the temps in there? heat could be makin the leaves turn like that.

There's a lot of tight packed growth going on so the upturned leaf may just be getting pushed that way by other growth. I would monitor it but it doesn't seem like something to worry about just yet.
The yellowing tip is starting to spread down the leaf but looking at the pics there's one where I can see the cotyledon is pretty well spent so the plant is feeding on it's own now. Is there some yellowing on the leaf opposite the sick one? This may indicate that the plant can't get enough from the soil and is taking nitrogen from the bottom leaves instead. Maybe it's time to start with some very low level nutes and see how you go.
I've never tried 2700 in a veg because I don't veg but based on what I did with 6500 in flower it makes sense to me that the plants would respond well to some 2700 in growth too, but this only a guess.
I still think you are sucking in warm air from the back of the case and the intake/exhaust are a bit close together for best circulation of air.
As a thought to improve the flow try you could try this. Get some cardboard maybe 6 inches long and 4 inches wide and fold it in half so it's still 4 inches wide and makes a letter A shape. Now wedge this between the 2 fans. This won't direct the air downwards which would be better, but it will stop the cool incoming air from being sucked straight back out.
As fs says, removing a bulb or 2 until you know what the temps are is a wise move too.

okay yes and for the yellowing/ browning yes it the 2 leaves oppiosite of eachother, both have this.
is it a lack of nitrogen?

I'd be pretty sure nutes are the answer but it still puzzles me that they should be needed just yet. That's quite a lot of soil the plant is sitting in and usually soil contains enough to keep such a small plant going at least until the roots have travelled to the bottom of the pot. Some soils are nute free but not many. Can you recall what soil you used?

You've done well to get such a healthy little mite in MG soil. Not many on here have had success with it and I include myself there.

It's difficult to advise you on nute levels because you have no way of knowing what the TDS level of your water is. For UK tapwater SketzoH is spot on but I've seen US water levels on here in excess of 350ppm which is too high for a plant like yours even before nutes are added.

There is nothing difficult about growing weed. Correct temps, humidity levels, ph levels and TDS measurements have all been determined many times over and sticking to these will produce respectable results time and again. Growing in a pc case adds an extra challenge but nothing insurmountable. Unfortunately you have no way of checking to see if your environment is correct or adjusting things when it isn't. You've already lost 3 expensive seeds but you have no idea why, so it's likely you will lose more until you have identified and rectified the issue. I really want you to be able to recover the expense of those cases you got and the seeds you lost by growing plenty of great weed but I do think you need to invest in some good measuring equipment and some ph up/down in order to do so.
Sorry if I sound a little harsh. It's meant as advice and not criticism.

I don't know if this helps, but I went to the hydro store on Friday and got a 3-way meter - moisture, ph, light - for $10. It told me straight away that my PH was a little high. I also got advice in the noob forum that plain vinegar is a great way to lessen ph. 1/2 tbsp or such per gallon. You gotta measure your water. I'm using MG Organic and it's working OK. I've seen other people on here using regular MG soil with success, as well. I'm thinking your water, but I'm no scientist. FWIW, I know from home brewing (beer, mead) that water makes a BIG difference.
