PC Grow Box Questions - Light Cycles ??

Hello!

i just finished building my pc growbox. I'm using two meijer brand cfl 100w (but actually only 23 since they're energy saving) bulbs. I bought 3 actually, two white light (for flowering) one daytime (for veg). I was thinking I would have a white and daytime to veg then two white for flowering. is this all alright? I'm on a low budget.

My main question is how long should I have the light on? I'm thought maybe 24/0 for a few weeks to veg then 12/12 for flowering?

i don't know if my seeds are will auto flower and remember, I have to keep them small!

hello mate, Well, looking at your setup it also depends what strain it is although its not a major issue, as for your lights, if your vegging, use all 6400k vegging lights, but once your flowering, atleast have 2 2700k for flowering, and 1 6400k light. Im not good with light names so gave the answer in lumens, if you want to keep them small then make sure your plant is not more than 2-3 inches away from light, as it will make your plant reach for light and will become lop sided and not 'small' your light cycles are fine, but for optimum auto results as mentioned by several breeders, you can use 18/6 when flowering, autos grow like a ... auto!!
