Your fan air flow is to low that's why it's not pushin much air and i just built my own light setup using PC fans to vent to my scrubber and this is the best way to get it to work safely.Use a AC to DC Power Adapter 12VDC 1A and try to get a stronger fan with a higher air flow. The adapter is 20 bucks at radio shack and the best way to power your fans without setting your grow on fire. And it only works if you wire it right. if it doesn't work just wire it the opposite way.
