Well my two cents…. I have been to the holy land; stood and talked to the holy people (I’m Jewish) So this is my conclusion. Jesus (if he existed) was an opportunist that most likely smelt really bad, and would have wiped his ass with his right hand. I feel that people are scared to believe that all of this fabulous life we live is a scientific accident. Sure you can belie in magic and all the crazy shit that the book of lies tells you to believe in, but wow how boring does that get? I’m free brother I don’t need a lie to live my life! Politics should have nothing to do with a stupid ass concept like religion because that is just plain ignorant!

So if we just ignore Shanti, will he go away like he said he would. I haven't seen one single post of his first 14 on this forum that contributed ANYTHING to the topic of the thread. All I've seen from him so far is a poor attempt to twist a members name into a racial slur, calling the same member gay several times and talking at length about balls and such. Then when he was fairly negative repped by that member, he spent several posts complaining about it and begging for positive reps. After all that he decided to finish up with a few imbecilic taunting posts that he THINKS is working up the target of his flaccid jibes, when I'm sure most of us are just laughing at how each post appears more childish than the last. I thought the minimum age for this forum was 18? Did that change?

It amazes me how someone who has not been in office a year yet gets blamed for how jacked up this country is now???? It would be so much different to listen to someone who spoke against both side... Now Obama has not been in office a year...After two years I will have a much better judge on what the man has done...Bush gave me 8 years of BS...and don't tell me that he is not the president..thats the problem in this country we try to forget to quick...Some ( and I didn't say all) hate Obama simple because of the color of his skin...some just because he is a dem...some because of his name....But like I said before that this country was built on lies, robbery, slavery, and rape, so what would make me think that she will ever change...I wonder did they have this much protest on RIU when Bush was in office...

Now is that all you got? Ya got to try harder or you just look silly.
Which will soon be countered by "I'm rubber, your glue, whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to you"!

FWIW Shanti YOU are the one looking silly, MuylocoNC pretty much got it right with

You're right - these people are ridiculous. Unfortunately, they all flock to the RIU politics section as well.
there.Man, you've really nailed it. A couple a years ago it was pretty even. About the same lefties as righties, but lately, the IQ factor has been slipping away as haters abound. I wonder some times what happened to reason. I mean like if everyone stepped back from the brink on this medical de-railment and really saw what single payer would do for the country
. It would automatically relieve the employers of all medical costs, and put US corporations on an equal basis with most other 1st world countries as far as employee costs. It would take the profit out of medical (It doesn't belong there) and let the doctors make the choices about your health. All those people that work in the private sector could be absorbed by the government and then be eligible for retirement benefits, well all except those CEOs, they could go back to wall street and fuck over the public over there.

Butch up gentlemen, and read the writing on the wall. the positions you defend are losers. It's not about how many lefties or righties...it's about ppl thinking the correct things are being done by our leader. The frustration you feel is all due to having gotten behind Obama at his Zenith...(woohoo...this is going to be a fun 4 years), and quickly watching him stumble and fall within 6 months.

The frustration comes from your leader and from within yourselves, not the ones who see the GLARING errors.

So, using your logic George Bush was responsible for our lapse of security that led to the 9/11 attacks?

Just wanna make sure you apply the same logic to a Republican :o

Wheres a little factcheck on what clinton did or did not do for Osama.http://www.factcheck.org/article444.html but it is quite clear that Bush Admin dropped the ball big time. Also why would you wish or even make a statement like that about the total going up in Afghan under Obama....??? We needed more troops in Afghan to finish what Bush did not....Dude I pray for my service men/woman daily..I would never wish them any harm or ever make a statement as such....

Johnny you said and I qoute you "Pay close attention the the Afghanistan total as it is sure to multiply under the Chosen One". ...WOW:o:clap:... ok dude what ever....As I said before I could not see myself being a service vet making a statement like that...You need to really look at yourself sometimes its ok to admit when you are wrong it makes for the better man...Now the troops had to be sent to Afghan because Bush did not finish the job there!!!!!! PERIOD!!!!! Even Mccain agreed to troops having to go to Afghan...Your hatred for Obama has really blinded you....Its not Obamas fault that troops had to be sent to Afghan....If so tell me how it is....Dude I speak for no man but self...I only looked at what you said and commented on it...Again I would never make such an assinine comment about our troops...When Bush sent us to Iraq I never said " Hey watch how many of us are going to die"!!!!! NO I said GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS!!!!!

It's Obama's choice to continue down bush road. Funny how Bushes war upset the liberals, but they are silent on Obama's war. It's called hypocrisy but liberals are known to be inconsistent in their logic

in his defense he was not openly wishing for failure in afghanistan...although
the post in question was still worthless since his argument is based entirely
upon the suggestion that he his psychic and infallible.
