Ok I dont like pictures so here is my setup below:

This is a closet about 5' long X 5' wide X 8' high

this setup is very easy. I just bought a nice metal shelf for my mother & veg/clone room and covered it with lightproof plastic sheeting and used velcro to to open and close it.

I have 2 bubble wands in the main res and one water pump that pumps water to each of the net pots. Same thing for the mini res in the veg room.

Then to the right of the pic is where the closet door is (notice where the exit sign is). I have pushed a couch up to the door (door opens inward) and put a large tapestry above that couch that covers up the rest of the door and follows the length of the couch so it doesnt look out of place.

This makes it look like there is no door there at all. even in the highly unlikly event that a cop was in my house he probably would not notice that there is a secret room behind the couch & tapestry unless they were searching the whole house.

This is a great way to conceal your grow without making access to it very difficult. I just step over the couch to get in.

It also provides great security if you have kids or nosey friends. I also have intake and exhaust fans as well as a drain pipe and water line in there. Makes things easy as pie <===Lazy smoker

anyway what you guys think? took me a good amount of time and some wasted money to finally get to this setup which I am very happy with

I am curious to know how you have the exhaust system set up for the three areas? Please let me know as I am getting plans together for a soil grow but the space is something similar. I like it!

Ok here is the pic showing the exhast and intake inline fans also shows couch placment & tapestry althought its a crude drawing.



Also the shelve unit is not separted compartment as the shelves are made of strong wire mesh similar to an oven rack therefore air flows freely in there eventually being push out of the light seal chamber

Also make sure you put a good quality loud smoke alarm in your closet and have a fire extingusher close by

also when you put your plants on 12/12 I like to time it wether its at night or during the day, to coeside with me being home. I just feel better that way.

but maybe thats not a good idea as then you would end up being asleep while the lights are running.

when do you guys like to time you 12/12?

Havent grown anything but I will have the lights on during the day, it jsut makes more sense to me, even if it is slightly more expensive its allot less suspicious. More noise, more light etc. Thats my take on it, but like I said I am not expierenced yet.
