Overwatering

so ive got some droopy plants and im pretty sure its from overwatering because they are as green as can be no yellowing or brittleness or anything. my question is what do i do about it? do i just not water them for a while and see what happens cause there is all kinds of posts about diagnosing overwatering but nothing about fixing it.

Hey, just let it dry before watering again. U can stick ur finger near the edge of the pot to make sure the first inch of soil is completely dry. Also, take not of the weight of the pot when dry and watch the leaf for a little wilt so u know when to water again. I'd give it enough water to last only 2-3 days.

I used to overwater, now I use the red 16oz SOLO cups. My plant is in a 5 gallon bucket about 3/4 full, FFOF soil...and after 2 full cups i get some runoff out the bottom...and that tells me shes watered for the next 2-3 days...thats my regimen anyways...and ive never had problems overwattering since, and havent seen a bug since either...go me.

well ive been watering every three days and im using about 1 and half solo cups and i usually get a small amount of runoff. and the first 2 inches have always been dry. could it be something else besides overwatering. the plants are green so i dont think its heat. they look alot better during the day when the lights on but they start to wilt right before the light goes of and then they really wilt when the light goes off
