Sorry bud, missed to mention to prob do it gradually. ( i did in my head lol) If you are at 30" - drop it to 25/26" for a day or two. Then 20-22" then lower if needed.

Sorry for the late reply, yes most likely transplant shock, did you struggle with transplant did the soil keep intact or break off, no sign of over fert which is good in fact it looks as if it needs a little more nitrogen, but don’t add any your soil you transplanted in has plenty of npk and trace minerals etc.
Stick your finger in the soil to the first knuckle just above your finger nail, is it wet , dry, cool dry, warm room temp dry, that will tell you if they need water, and water in the mornings/lights on, good luck bro.
Don't move the light closer now. Fix the plant first. Don't add more stress. Download a free Lux meter for your phone to get an idea of the light intensity so you know what it can take and when.
Supposed to water the new soil thoroughly before transplanting, that way it’s situated already in its home but either way is fine, just make sure the soil is dry and practice “wet/dry” Method before watering. First knuckle above finger nail check if she’s dry first
You are correct that you should pre-moisten the new soil if you're using new soil. I'm using my old no-till soil, so I keep it moist all the time.
even if im using happy frog, still add mykos? I have fox farm kangarootz. Should i add a little bit of that to the pre made hole and roots next time i transplant? Or get straight mykos? Thanks
No don’t add anything lol I mean a little mykos wouldn’t hurt, but happy frog already has fungi myko? If I were you I would make homemade LAB Bacillus bacteria and spray feed soil lightly and leaves every 2 weeks with it
