As I said I think the lower leaves are getting water first because they are closest to the source, inner node growth may be "stealing" water from fan leaves, and ANY plant is going to pump to the top for growth. Just my theory. I've never watered until I had drainage. This is my first indoor try.... Outside is so much easier to let nature work.... I watered 24 ounces of PH balanced water with no nutes. Waited 10 minutes and had no drainage. Watered another 16 ounces and now I have about 5 ounces of drainage. Everything I read says overwatering is the worst mistake. Thanks for the help, guess I'll find out like everyone else through trial and error.
