I think aces malawi is from African seeds originally supposedly a high quality cut that was floating around Spain a while before they got to it. Over on IC mag Dubi still denies hybridizing the line, good weed tho.
Idk myself I know things can change after being bred indoors long enough and selected to be different it's possible it's just that then again with the denser buds etc I can see why many think it has a bit of something else in it maybe who knows it smokes good either way and it works well in crosses

I had an itch for some hash rosin, it's been a very long time. Yesterday I finally got to break out my bubble bags, I was very much in a rush to get it done, I used dried material because I get better results personally. I will be pressing some tonight, this is Somali Taxi ride trim and really airy buds, it didn't wash very well I had to get violent with it, I bet the ace Malawi will do better just by looking at the trichomes. I didn't weight the flower going in, I knew it probably wouldn't wash well.IMG_20241125_045346858~2.jpgIMG_20241125_045351018.jpg

Some pics, I'm harvesting the RSC Malawi gold a few branches a day so I can let some further ripen. Not to many amber trichomes, almost solid white.IMG_20241123_115554340.jpgIMG_20241123_115558016.jpgIMG_20241123_115549295.jpg

Don't know it the TLT Malawi gold will make the finish line, I'm baffled it's taking so long, it just wouldn't start flowering till very late

Maybe time to cut back on the amount you water might encourage her to finish

Had to chop the TLT Malawi gold today, it started getting mold on some of the lowers a few days ago I chopped it all off and harvested everything I could, that plant was major loss, one thing after another, next year I will try again need to start hunting a good female now. Did manage to make a few cobs.IMG_20241128_200835506.jpgIMG_20241128_200832164.jpgIMG_20241128_200816477.jpgIMG_20241128_200820875.jpgIMG_20241128_190219288.jpg

Had to move my TLT Malawi gold clone pollinated by RSC malawi gold malesIMG_20241129_174225198.jpgIMG_20241129_174444080.jpgIMG_20241129_174453314.jpgIMG_20241129_174458753.jpgIMG_20241129_174447088.jpgIMG_20241129_174520457.jpg into the shop, this is the last plant standing and it didn't like 28°F this morning I think the high was 52°, it looked like shit most of the day, it'll do nicely under the 630w cmh, good amount of seeds
