Is there any way to tell by the looks of the second picture how many more weeks of 12/12? I know it's probably a long shot but I started the 12/12 on about 7/29 7/28 I cant exactly remember but one of those days.
Outdoor grow outta control.

no, it's still more than a month out, easily, that's about all i can say. call it at least 5 more weeks, maybe as much as 10, just depends on the strain and the conditions

Someone mentioned using a garbage bag over them instead of lugging them in and out. Is this a possibility? Would it be a safe environment for them to be inside the bag also rubbing up on the bag within side it? If so do I bungee cord the bag around the pot?

it's not an ideal environment. i wouldn't do it long term. that can save you from a frost, and from a hard rain, but a garbage bag probably isn't going to be opaque enough to count as light deprivation.
