Optic grow Lights (how are they doing it?)

Does anyone know how they are able to drive their cobs at 100W each with the drivers they are using? The math doesn't make sense according to the specs of those drivers. How is this even possible? Are they false advertising?

38.8 Vf * 2.5 amps == 97.2 watts.

They get the wattage by driving them hard. But the downfall is their boxes run a little bit hot since that case isn't really designed for efficient cooling.

Personally I recommend other cob led brands (Tastyled, PacificLightConcepts, and that guy that likes to grow his Johnson).
