I suppose its like speeding…cops don’t bother if you’re 5 over but will pull you over if your 20 over. If you have issues with the law then sure it gives them a reason to mess with you, but otherwise they don’t care.

But there is also dick head cops that WILL pull you over if you’re going 5 over too

I am assuming this is younger folks who seem to have this feeling of entitlement and have not seen the reality of the world. Live long enough and you will see first hand how the system can take a shit on you for the smallest things under the right circumstances.

Back when I used to grow illegally, I didn’t own a house, I didn’t drive a nice new car. So that’s why I didn’t give a shit as they couldn’t take nothing from me for proceeds due to not owning nothing. Now is a completely different story.
