hey doc so could you give us band names or #'s for N-P-K to look for at a lowes,homedepo,walmart, ect..... because the closest hydro store from is over 1hr away but i have those other stores down the street

Try to get Alaskan fish fert----they have it in both reg-veg and they also now make a bloom formula----PETERS is a well balanced nute-----Green light is better than MG---Just try to keep your numbers below 10---------like----8-4-3.
You can start to spray more plain 6.3 water on the soil if your cups are feeling lite. We are going to feed on the 20th.

:hump: gotta hand it to u bud, u have an incredible sense of humor with ur "students"...well, i know u told us to use such and such but i'm using such and such LMAO can't wait to read the comments when you get to rapid cloning...i'll join u for that...going to do any late flowering cloning? i'm growing in 2 gal tubs with an airstone, using GH drain to waste, flours for cloning, 2 85 watt cfls for veg and a 400 watt hps for flowering with mylar in both areas running 18/6 and 12/12 - waiting to sex 2 white widows now...veg room has a killer mama (seed started 9/2, cloned at start of 12/12) pH running between 5.8 to 6.3...

Sound like you're doing all the right things-----I can do a late cloning if you like-------rockwool/rapidrooters/soil/aeroclone/hempyclone. I'm alwas willing to help anyone out when I have the time. As far as humor----it all depends on the time of day and the quality of the medication I'm on:mrgreen:.

hello there just wondering if i could join in i planted 5 blz buds 2 weeks ago. And 2 supersilver haze along with 2 nyc diesels 1 week ago? got a few pics so far will have the whole way through one of the blz buds sproted 2 so i got six. lucky hay

Can i join just planted 9 ak47 under a 600w hps in my new room and also have 1 solo ak47 planted in my old cfl room

They are all 3 days out of the soil

I am Joining this class too..I just germinated my 10 AK48 seeds 3 days ago by putting them in a cup of water for 24 hours with a drop of superthrive. Most of the popped up last night.I planted them in 10oz. Clear cups and wrapped black plastic around them for covering the cups. and I can remove the plastic at any time to check the roots. I am using Happy Frog soil with perlite mixed in. The temp is 78 and Hum. is 60. I have them in a humitity dome with a heat mat below them. I need help..THIS IS MY SECOND GROW AND MY 4TH TRY. My first grow went great, but this second grow. I have killed messed up 15 plants with in the first month of there life. I cannot get them past the transplant stage. I look forward to more info.

Cool, ive germinated 10 ak47 seeds 10 days ago, they all poped and are 3 days out of the soil

very nice---make sure to spray pain water on the inside of the dome with the finest mist your sprayer will produce---you want your humidity way up.

Nice photo's---take a spray bottle and lightly mist the soil---you want it moist but not wet---the tiny roots hairs will die if they come in contact with the dry-soil------great job---their going to grow fast.

What the HELL? How come I never saw this thread? WOW!

Hey Dr. I plan on framing and drywalling an 8x4 room tonight. Actually in about 30 minutes.
I live in So. Cal, in ventura county...something like the 3rd nicest climate on earth...

The tempatures are usually about 70-75 degrees outside. The nights get about 40-42. I plan on running my aircooled lights (2x600w) during the night time in order to warm the room as much as possible.

My ventilation will look like this.

Carbon filter, 6" vortex, ducting, light, duct, light, out the room.
Passive intake, hotair ^^ ..

I was if this is the correct way to get good ventilation and keep temps steady.
If I were to upgrade my room, what should I do differently without going the route of an A/C?

Carbonfilter / Fan for exhaust
and another fan pushing sucking in fresh air through the lights and out the room

Add a thermostat in the exhaust, and put it on a timer?

Any helpful tips for my current planned setup?

Can someone tell me the recommended hight to have my 600 w hps hood from my 4 day old seedlings, they have stretched a little
