sorry mate but u have no idea what ur doing. U dont just grow weed for a month and its ready. That thing is no bigger than a daisy how do u expect to get a 1/4 off it in a weeks time!!

If u want to grow learn how to do it properly by using this site and READING up on exactly what u have to do. Growing weed is not easy, it takes time, patience and practice.

If u want, keep that thing going (not sure what lights ur using IF ANY! but keep an 18/6 light schedule on for a few weeks) then switch the light to 12/12 for about 8 weeks and then maybe u'll get some bud.

u will need to feed the plant aswell, look up the grow FAQ on this site and just basically go through and read as much as you can and learn.

I seriously hope somebody didnt + Rep this guy for his plant.. That plant looks like its 4 days old under a 13 watt cfl that is already dieing....... I would totally expect at least a half pound of her.
