Let me just give you some key pointers here so your post will not go in vain:
1) Grow that little fucker out for more than just one more week bc ur doing something that is preventing it from growing at it's full potential. (watering too much/too little, not enough lights, not the right spectrum, too much/too little nutrients, etc.) After about a month of keeping the lights on for 24 or 18 hrs. a day, you will have completed the vegetative state. It is part 1 of 3.
2) When the plant is a little bigger (actually, a LOT bigger) in about a month, you can trigger the flowering state, which is step 2 of 3, by cutting down the lighting period to 12 hrs of light and 12 hrs of complete uninterrupted darkness every day. Keep it going like this for a month or two.
3) Finally, when the buds are fully developed, you can then harvest the plant. The leaves won't really get you high. But you got to make sure that the plant you have is a female and not a male. At the first sign of it being a male, hack it off and plant another seed.
