I had an empty grow room so I did not veg long enough and only topped them and no LST. I think it cost me 1/2 my yield.

I'm still learning and making improvement daily, I have hot spots in the room so I ordered a super spreader.. we'll see. I really want to go CMH but that means replacing my cheepo electronic ballast.... Like my Mother says "It's always something".

I have seen them around and I have heard some chat so I thought I would give it a try. With a 400w in a 2' x 2' I'm trying to even out the coverage and eliminate some hot spots that F with the top buds, plus I need to keep them down so I'm back to LST ing in flower
