is it all right to let a plant grow under 12/12 light from start to done
on/off lights

I dont think it will be sufficient. You will add need least to run your plants under light for a minimum of 16 hours a day whilst in veg. Once you want to produce bud then switch to 12/12.

Iv done it for fun. Pointless but enjoyable, i got about a gram off one plant just a single cola nugget lol. I have heard of some strains you can do this with and actually get better yield if done right (typically single cola SOG). Peace

you only got a gram lol you must be using some shitty lights ,ive got over 2 ounces from 12/12 from seed grows and ive seen people get more .
