Photo on 2013-09-16 at 12.54.jpgPhoto on 2013-09-16 at 12.54 #2.jpgSo i left my plant outside on the ledge to get some sun. And my cat freaking ate the top of my plant!! The leafs are gone except the first 2 ones...

It might be obvious that the entire plant is done for but.. Is there any hope at all???

Pictures required for diagnoses. BTW cats and dogs LOVE to eat weed as do a lot of mammals

yeah that can potentially recover, and will probably be a very bushy plant. Its basicly just been topped, it will take a while to recover but it should live

id trim that excess stem down to just above the leaves. over the next few days you will see 2 new shoots or more emerge from that node

shouldn't need very much water at that stage, maybe once a week. The soil needs to be dried all the way through before you add water again, cannabis dosent like to be constantly wet in soil

he ate the entire plant tho..i just started growing it!! ugh I like want to cry
...yeah, you have to cut yourself a break hon, it's only a plant, and a very young one at that, so you don't have much time invested in it and lets face it, mj seeds are easy to find, ...and as a new grower you shouldn't be messing with anything but bagseeds yet, ...don't pop any store-bought beans until you've earned enough skills to know for sure you have at least an 80% chance of keeping them alive.

...you need to do more research on your own too, you need to realize that while this is new to you, it ain't new so basic stuff has been asked so many times that most experienced growers don't bother trying to explain the easy stuff, most figure if you want it bad enough you'll accept responsibility for your own success and go ahunting for your answers rather than just asking questions and waiting for answers.

...you also need to understand that when you ask questions and wait for answers you'll get conflicting information almost every time so if you don't research older threads you'll have no clue which advice to follow, ...believe me, there are MANY well-meaning noobs giving TERRIBLE advice, ...the blind leading the blind, as it were.

...anyway, don't sweat the small shit or you'll be pulling your hair out before you smoke your first 'own-grown' bud.

peace, bozo

...it's MUCH more likely that the advice you get from an experienced grower will at least have some actual experience behind it and not just something they read somewhere.

...the fact of the matter is that you shouldn't trust ANYONE'S advice without first verifying it through your own research, which is why i always recommend that new growers do some studying rather than just asking for advice.

...i'm surprised i needed to explain that, AGAIN. ...keep in mind that YOU are in charge in your world so you're more than welcome to follow any advice that tells you what you want to hear, ...you sure as hell are under no obligation to follow mine.

...and lets not forget what you PAY for all this advice, from the noobs AND the experienced growers, so if you don't do any of your own homework you'll end up getting what you paid for.

Your plant will grow if you or your cat don't kill it.

It's going to be a little stunted though, but don't worry, you can still get a nice bush going here.

Sooo, I should cut it? right..?
..no, don't cut it, instead take a 'wait and see' attitude while you go hunting for basic growing information because it could easily pull through, ...keep in mind that this really is a weed and far hardier than you might imagine.

...as an example of just how hardy they are here's a picture of a half dozen that spent almost 2 weeks inside a cardboard box in the back of the closet during a move and if i remember correctly, all but one survived.

...just relax, it's not worth getting yourself all worked up over, even if it dies beans are easy to come by.
