Would you rather have three more Ginsbergs on the Supreme Court, or three more Antonin Scalias?
that's easy...Ginsberg any day of the week....that's not even close...that's all we need is more right wing nut jobs....
You just wait, I'll say even dumber stuff if you give me half a chance.
When did this become a political forum? Fuck off politicrats!!!!!!!!!! Go back to watching Fox news and stop trying to bully the rest of the kids on the playground!!!! "We" are here for a differnet reason altogether. (Remember?)
No shit! The SCOTUS is supposed to be non-partisan...
oh yeah...the constitution....that worn out rag the politicians have been wiping their asses with for years...we need to burn it and start over....And which Justices would be "nonpartisan" ... those who legislate from the bench like Ginsberg, or those who are strict constitutionalists like Antonin Scalia?

you must have confused me with someone else...I don't want nonpartisan justices.....On the contrary ... we need to burn the politicians and dry-clean the Constitution, then start abiding by it.
Again, which Justices would be "nonpartisan" ... those who legislate from the bench like Ginsberg, or those who are strict constitutionalists like Antonin Scalia?

He voted against the Iraq Resolution?Do you need a reminder he voted against the war to begin with?
correction.......he never got to vote on the issue because he was not in the senate at the time. He did rally against the war calling it a "dumb war" from the very beginning and spoke out when much of America was beating there war drumDo you need a reminder he voted against the war to begin with?

Ccodaine, he's against the war in Iraq. There is no arguing that. I made a mistake saying he voted against it when he voted against the funding, I hardly call that a lie. At least I can admit a mistake.
