Final Thoughts
Follow up fell out the window at the end of the grow.

Again, I am not shooting for "about a pound" and didn't do a whole lot of exact weighing - but I came up around:
8.5oz. of Bud
3.5oz. of trim
-yielded a 9 gram temple ball (73 & 160U not full melt, but still very good).
-another 8 grams of green kief that made 8oz of POTENT Cannabutter (that makes me type long Final Thoughts posts)
- Trim leaves were used in a Chimi Churri sauce (I want to do a Pesto too, but haven't yet.)
- WAY short of last grow and a bit of a disappointment; but I could see it coming early on when my topping went sideways.
- Better density made up for a lot of the apparent shortfall - I used A LOT fewer curing jars which is why I initially thought I was VERY short compared to last grow.
Last Grow vs. This Grow
NO HERMS!
Adjusting from 12/12 to 11.5 on / 12.5 off worked.
Quality is better. I think having a slower approach to nutes paid off well; I seem to have a good start anyway.
Harvested between 8.5 & 10 weeks.
VERY sugary plants.
Flavor / Aroma come out perfect - Both Kushes have the classic Kush funk;
The OG has a distinct Lavender flavor on the exhale
The Strawberry smells like strawberry jam in the jars - pretty cool! Flavor is straight up Kush.
Both are balanced hybrids, but the Strawberry feels sleepier at the end.
OOPS!
I had fewer "Oops!" - but the ones I had were "learning moments":
Topped early and aggressively - and stunted my plants badly --- switched to LST & one minor topping.
LST - should have spread the branches out MUCH further - some of my mids would have become spears.
Overall I'm very happy with this grow, even though the yield was a bit lower - I learned A LOT
I was able to use IPM to get rid of fungus gnats - and up my game if they come back this round.
Learned Linear LST with one topping late in veg - that stays in my game. - horizontal, 2 dimensional Christmas trees.
