Interesting, I am having similar issues with my grow. It is only 2 plants doing this (same strain) and at first I thought it was wind burn because the lil girl effected the most by this is closest to my oscillating fan. Then I looked into it more and its actually what a phosphorus deficiency looks like. (I know were in veg) but plants need P in veg also! The tricky part in correcting a P deficiency is, once corrected, the effected leaves do not recover, but new growth should look normal.
Lack of P can also cause leaves to turn dark green, purple or a dull blue. Stems an petioles are known to turn red/purple also, and yours seem to be nice and green, so maybe your catching it early. I would advise trying a weak bloom nutrient or just use 1/4 to 1/2 strength of what your already using for bloom. Let me know if this fixes your problem!
