I have no idea what that first graph is trying to point out since there is no legend. And the second graph proves NOTHING since the president has ZERO control over the Dow, and the Dow isn't the economy. The DJIA has increased because of actions taken by the Federal Reserve, has nothing to do with Obama.
So what does the first graph indicate? Number of Pall Mall smokes Barack has hot boxed?
Also the second graph points to Obama deploying the second half of TARP, but it was Bush who signed TARP into law, not Obama.
Those graphs aren't doing what you want them to do. In fact they kind of make the Graph maker look kind of like a big fat liar liar pants on fire hanging from a telephone wire.

Ok so well since in your little spiel here, going back on his word doesn't qualify (it should) I will try to do my best to skip that part and give you a little summary of why people hate Obama, saying its because hes black and pulling the race card is absolutely ridiculous, NewsFLASH: 55% of the population (those who currently disprove of obama ARE NOT RACIST)

*Bailed out the banks - The ones that committed fraud on the people - bailed these effers out.....so they could take corporate vacations...

*continued to support the drug war
*violated the constitution many times over and used executive order to go around congress
*support global government and the UN - takes his barking orders from the UN (pisses off the NWO conspiracy theorist) - on this note - he coincidentally fits into their conspiracy - every person he put in office is part of the CFR - Obama himself has met with bilderburg and the CFR
*Net negative on job creation, We have lost 2.4 million jobs under obama
*Obamacare like many of other Obamas bills has failed, Obamacare failed the dems in that it did not give us universal healthcare (20k-30k bracket is still going to be hurting) - failed the right by introducing mandates - failed the healthcare system by increasing costs (the right argues that the increase in cost reduces jobs)
*continued to allow the FED to devalue the dollar and spend more
*Obama has pissed off the left and right cause hes not left enough, his bi-partisian ideas don't work - centrist banker puppet obama does not get anything done
*Renewed the Patroit Act allowing more violations on our constitutional liberties
*has done nothing to help out the middle class or poor - the left dislike this additionally because of the fact that the bush tax cuts go on without opposition
*Eventually increased DEA marijuana raids - despite saying otherwise
*Allows the FDA to raid farmers
*Allows Monsanto to continue to sue farmers and spray deadly chemicals - essentially obama has done nothing to help the small farmers
*Supports the TSA grouping our wives and babies
The gist of it is that he has allowed corporations to continue their tireless effort to stomp out humaninity and create a consumer state that feeds their interest, he has done nothing in this regard, essentially...Obama has done NOTHING for the people.....more of the same shit.. Hard to turn things around with a congress that lacks logic working against you. Really, Republicans may think they are winning, but they are losing all of the independent vote right now, and also losing a lot of their base.
Overall, this comes down to race, in my opinion. And the lack of common sense on the right. Especially the lack of common sense with the Tea Party (which I hate calling them, because it shits all over a GREAT moment in American History....all for this bullshit, racist crap).

He could do a lot of humaninity and progress, I will talk about a few things he could do since theortical list would be so large I will keep it short. In particular he can do a lot using executive orders.
1) He could bring the troops home right now
2)The DRUG WAR
He could order federal prosecutors to deemphasize drug prosecutions relative to other priorities (without actually banning such prosecutions entirely). He could issue pardons or commutations in some of the more egregious drug cases (ones involving police abuses or extremely long sentences for minor offenses). He could keep President Obama’s broken campaign promise and genuinely end medical marijuana prosecutions in states where medical marijuana is legal.

4) Limit the crimes of the FDA and corporations like Monsanto on the american people and other corporate violations of our rights.
