308 million in the US as of 2010. of those, 23.5% were under 18, thus ineligible to vote. that's 72 million.
308 - 72 = 236 million eligible voter. take away 10 million illegals and 1 million felons, and we have 225 million eligible voters.
130 million out of 225 million is greater than 50%
